All the facilities must meet the international standards and all the facilities must be available on a single location as well the locations of venues have taken into the account as a part of selection programme. The mixtures of Rugby schools, colleges, universities, clubs and dedicated training facilities will be used by these 20 teams who are going to participate in the Rugby World Cup 2015.
